We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unopened and unused
• In the same condition as when you received it
• In its original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at innerbeautytoronto@gmail.com. We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Personal care items (including beauty products)
• Opened or used makeup products (for health and hygiene reasons)

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

If your original order qualified for free shipping, the shipping costs associated with the original shipment and the return shipment will apply:

• Original shipping: $10 + applicable tax
• Return shipping: $10 + applicable tax
• Total deduction: $20 + applicable tax

Other provinces

• Original shipping: $20 + applicable tax
• Return shipping: $20 + applicable tax
• Total deduction: $40 + applicable tax

These shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
