Refund policy

  • Return Policy

    We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

    To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition you received them: unopened, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase.

    To initiate a return, please contact us at innerbeautytoronto@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

    Damages & Issues

    Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at innerbeautytoronto@gmail.com. We will review the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.

    Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

    Certain items cannot be returned, including:

    • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

    • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

    We also cannot accept returns on:

    • Sale items

    • Gift cards

    Opened or used makeup products are generally not eligible for exchange or refund due to health and safety reasons.

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

    If you received free shipping but want an exchange, shipping fees will apply as follows:

    • Within the same province: Free shipping previously received ($10 + tax) + return shipping ($10 + tax) → Total $20 + tax

    • Other provinces: Free shipping previously received ($20 + tax) + return shipping ($20 + tax) → Total $40 + tax

    Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund of the returned item.

    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

    If you received free shipping but want a refund, the shipping fees will be deducted as follows:

    • Within the same province: Free shipping previously received ($10 + tax) + return shipping ($10 + tax) → Total $20 + tax

    • Other provinces: Free shipping previously received ($20 + tax) + return shipping ($20 + tax) → Total $40 + tax
