Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders placed before 9:00 AM EST (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same business day, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day, typically the following Monday.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your Spam or Junk folder. To ensure you receive future updates, add our email address to your contacts or move the email to your inbox.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping and billing addresses are complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you are shipping to a P.O. Box, please confirm that your postal service accepts parcel deliveries to your box. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us by the shipping carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the package, or any other reason attributable to the customer, the following policies apply:

Orders with Free Shipping

If you choose a refund after the package is returned, the original shipping cost and return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund:

Within the same province

• Original shipping: $10 + applicable tax
• Return shipping: $10 + applicable tax
• Total deduction: $20 + applicable tax

Other provinces

• Original shipping: $20 + applicable tax
• Return shipping: $20 + applicable tax
• Total deduction: $40 + applicable tax

Reshipping a Returned Order

If you would like us to ship the returned package again, you will be responsible for the reshipping charges:

• Within the same province: $10 + applicable tax
• Other provinces: $20 + applicable tax

Reshipping fees must be paid before the order is sent out again.
