Shipping policy

  • All orders placed before 9:00 AM EST will be shipped out the same day, except weekends and holidays.
  • Orders placed during the weekend will likely be processed by Canada Post on the following Monday.Once orders are shipped, an email confirmation will be sent out. In cases where confirmation emails have not been received, please kindly check your spam or junk folder. When found, please move these emails to your inbox allowing future emails to get through.
  • Ensure your shipping and billing addresses are valid and correct. If your shipping address is to a P.O. box, please ensure the P.O. Box accepts parcel deliveries.
  • In cases where orders are sent back to us by the carrier, customers who received the FREE SHIPPING promotion will receive a refund minus the shipping cost of $10+return $10 (Total $20+tax / other provinces $20+$20 (Total $40+tax)
  • In cases where the customer requires the order to be shipped back to us, customers are responsible for all shipping charges of $10+tax (other provinces $20+tax)
